Makeup and personal care items must be new and sealed only. We won't allow sale of used makeup and personal care items

Socks and Underwear
For health and hygiene reasons, used socks and underwear are not allowed to be sold. New undergarments with tags attached are allowed to be sold in clean, unstained, and unused condition.
